To further ensure the privacy of our clients, all company, product, and personal names have been changed, on the Portfolio page of this website and all other Sterling Writing Solutions promotional materials. The only exception is in regard to Testimonials, for which Sterling Writing Solutions has obtained the written consent from the customer.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Policy
1. "Confidential information" refers to any information disclosed to Sterling Writing Solutions by the Client.
2. Sterling Writing Solutions and its agents agree not to use, disseminate, or share any confidential information with vendors, clients, or any other persons, with the exception of other Sterling Writing Solutions employees directly involved with the creation of copy or content for the project at hand.
3. Sterling Writing Solutions will use all reasonable care to protect confidential information, treating it as securely as if it were our own confidential data.
4. Sterling Writing Solutions will not publish, copy, or disclose any confidential information to any third party and will use best efforts to prevent any inadvertent disclosure of such information to any third party.
5. The copy provided to the Client by Sterling Writing Solutions shall be considered "work for hire." The Client will own all rights to everything produced by Sterling Writing Solutions for the Client, including the copyright. Copyright shall revert to the Client upon payment in full of all invoices provided by Sterling Writing Solutions for work. Sterling Writing Solutions will execute any additional documents necessary to verify the Client's ownership of these rights.
